About the place

Ballyliffin Beach Houses is a single site on Shore Road with two four-bedroom houses (Pollan and Leenan, eight guests each) and two two-bedroom apartments (Binion and Tullagh, four each). All 12 bedrooms are en suite, and the whole site sleeps 24. Binion, the ground-floor apartment, is wheelchair accessible. Each unit has its own kitchen, washing machine, parking and EV charger, and there is a shared barbecue.

Pollan Bay beach is about three minutes' walk away, Ballyliffin village about 15 minutes on foot, and Ballyliffin Golf Club three minutes by car. The owners pitch it at families, groups and corporate off-sites. The houses run on solar power and heat pumps. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
