The listing gives 3.5 bathrooms in one place and 4 in another, so we've used the lower figure. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and a lounge with four large sofas.

The owners take hen groups but not stags, and the lead guest must be over 25. Pets and smoking aren't allowed. Parking is on narrow streets with a garage nearby. Extras such as a private chef, boat trips or a minibus can be arranged at extra cost. The Fivestar.ie listing shows an average of about €600 a night.
