About the place

Saltwater House sits on a hillside between Fahan and Buncrana and overlooks Lough Swilly and the North West Golf Club. It has five bedrooms on one level: a super-king master with en suite and dressing room, two king rooms with sliding doors onto the patio, and two twin rooms at the back whose beds can be pushed together. There is one shared bathroom as well as the en suite.

The open-plan kitchen and living room has floor-to-ceiling glass facing the lough. Outside there is a west-facing patio, a barbecue and parking for four cars. Buncrana and the Lough Swilly ferry are about five minutes away by car. Weeks started at €1,900 in low season, with two- and three-night weekends outside July and August.
