About the place

The Old Rectory is a Georgian house more than 200 years old, set high in four acres of gardens looking over Lough Swilly, next to the 7th-century St Mura's Cross in Fahan. It has been in the same family since 1976. It sleeps 12 in six bedrooms, one with bunk beds, with two en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet.

There is an Aga and an electric cooker in the kitchen, a games room in the basement and board games in the house. Derry is a short drive and North West Golf Club is about three minutes away. Pets are not allowed. Nights were listed from €650 in low season with a three-night minimum, and a €1,000 damage deposit.
